2. Services Overview

Estimate and Supply provides modular kitchen design, installation, and related interior design services across Gujarat, including Surat, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Vadodara.

• Kitchen baskets and storage solutions
• Free design consultation and 3D visualization
• Professional installation services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to site verification and measurement
• Exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Based on specifications and materials discussed during consultation
• Subject to change if project scope or materials are modified

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

• Initial Deposit: 40% advance payment upon order confirmation
• Second Payment: 40% before installation commences
• Final Payment: 20% upon project completion and handover
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque
• GST will be charged as per applicable government regulations

5. Warranty and Guarantee

10-Year Warranty on Cabinets:

• Covers manufacturing defects in cabinet materials
• Excludes damage from misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear
• Valid only with proper maintenance and care

Hardware and Accessories:

• Warranty as per manufacturer's terms (typically 1-5 years)
• Brands like Hettich, Ebco, Godrej provide their standard warranty

Installation Services:

• 1-year warranty on installation workmanship
• Free service for any installation-related issues

6. Installation and Delivery

• Installation timeline will be provided after final measurements
• Standard installation period: 15-30 days (depending on project size)
• Client must ensure site is ready for installation on scheduled dates
• Any delays due to site unpreparedness may incur additional charges
• Electrical and plumbing work is client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before Manufacturing:

• 75% refund if cancelled within 7 days of advance payment
• 50% refund if cancelled after 7 days but before manufacturing

After Manufacturing Begins:

• No refund once manufacturing has commenced
• Client may modify design with additional charges if materials permit

Post-Installation:

• No cancellation possible after installation completion
• Warranty and service terms will apply

8. Design Modifications

• Design changes are allowed before manufacturing begins
• Changes after approval may incur additional design fees
• Material upgrades will be charged separately
• Final design must be approved and signed by client before manufacturing

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site measurements and details
• Ensure site is accessible for installation team
• Complete necessary civil work before installation
• Arrange for electrical and plumbing work as per design
• Protect installed items during other construction activities
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Estimate and Supply remain our intellectual property
• Designs are provided for client's project use only
• Reproduction or commercial use of designs is prohibited
• Photos of completed projects may be used for marketing with client consent

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
• Material shortages or supplier delays
• Labor strikes or transportation issues
• Any other unforeseen circumstances

12. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the contract value
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues
• Damage to property during installation is limited to repair costs
• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion first
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Surat, Gujarat
• Governing Law: Laws of India

14. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Amendments
